Hizbollah and the Arab spring
Hizbollah " the party of God " has always encited the arab people to revolt against their leaders and its relations withArab states were always tense .Then came the arab spring as a bestowal from God , the party hailed it and welcomed it since its begining in Tunisia. And hoped that its waves sweeps all the arab leaders but the leader of Syria its best friend who supply it with weapons and logistic assistance .
In the party's opinion Benali of Tunisia and Mubarak of Egypt were tyrants and Kaddafi of Lybia was killing his own people , an opinion that all free men and women are sharing , but when it comes to Syria , the party is blind and deaf . The party considers that there is no revolt in Syria and that the Syrian goverment is not killing innocent people who want change and topple the regime peacefully ,but instead the goverment is protecting syrians against armed gangs and criminals , and what is happening in Syria is just a conspiracy crafted by Israel and the United states of America .
The party's television "al manar " is always condamning what is happenning in Bahrin where Shiites who are trying to topple the Sunnite goverment are opressed , but shows none of those many videos launched every now and then in the internet wetnessing the atrocities of Syrian army conducted against innocent people who are seeking just freedom and dignity .
Hizbollah and his leader Hassan Nasrallah were ever since in the heart of arab people and were given trust , but with their stand on the Syrian revolt , they have proved to be dishonest . One has to be just and say the truth eventhough on occount of his father as the Quran says .Hizbollah is no longer respected as a voice and a front for arab people liberation , and many arabs are now reconsidering their views on , sympathy and support for the party , and I am one of them .
